He has been a member of our Board of Directors since 2011. From 1980 to 1984, he was a shareholder and director of Ingeniería de Avanzada S.A., a company dedicated to the deployment of sanitary and gas installations for urbanizations. From 1984 to 1989, he was general director of Dufalp S.A., a leading company in the clothing sector ("Dufour" was its main brand). From 1989 to 2002, Mr. Reca held the position of commercial, operational and planning director of Alpargatas S.A., a leading company in the clothing and footwear sector. Subsequently, he developed an agricultural project for the production of cereals and oilseeds. He was also vice president of HPDA between 2012 and 2015 and as director of Transportadora de Gas del Norte S.A., Edesur S.A. and PB Distribución S.A. Regarding his work experience, he worked as a commercial manager at Banco Francés del Río de la Plata and as a holding financial manager at Bridas S.A. Likewise, he was vice president of corporate finance at Citibank, CEO at Citicorp Equity Investment, vice president of the board of directors at Telefónica Argentina and director at Coinvest SA.

Between 1995 and 1999, Mr. Elizalde served as General Manager of Call Center S.A., a Value Added Telecommunications Services company of Citicorp Equity Investments (CEI). Between 1982 and 2010, he was Manager and Agricultural Advisor of Sociedad Lanz, for the Administration of Agribusiness in the provinces of Buenos Aires and La Pampa. Likewise, between 2000 and 2007, he served as Executive Director of Telinver S.A., a Telefónica Group company. Subsequently, and after the merger by absorption of Telinver S.A in 2008, he served as Executive Director and Property Manager of the company's operations in Chile, Peru and Argentina until 2015. From July 2007 to September 2015, he held the position of Director of Central Puerto S.A, as well as Member of the Audit Committee and President thereof during the years 2012 and 2013. During the years 2017 and 2018 he was Alternate Director of Compañías Central Puerto S.A and Distribuidora de Gas Cuyana. Since 2019, he has been teaching History of Economic Thought classes at the Faculty of Business Sciences of the Universidad Austral. As of May 2022, he is the Lead Independent Director of Central Puerto S.A.

He is an Industrial Engineer from the National University of Salta. He also obtained an MBA in 2001 from the University of CEMA. He has more than 20 years of experience in the Generation sector. He has been General Manager of Central Vuelta de Obligado S.A., in charge of completing the project and closing the commercial litigation, currently he remains as President. Previously, Mr. Katz worked at Central Puerto as Planning and Investment Manager, Head of Internal Investment Planning. He served as Senior Latam Market Analyst since September 1997 at CMS Energy, an American company that had assets in Argentina and Latam. He has been Director of the FONINVEMEN Projects since their completion.

Electrical engineer graduated from the National Regional Technological University of Buenos Aires.
From 1982 to 2016, he held different positions at Central Puerto S.A. as an electromechanic in operations of the TV unit N°4, maintenance supervisor of thermoelectric units, head of the planning and development division, planning and new business manager, and finally as general manager of the company.
Later, he was national director of thermal generation at the Secretariat of Electric Energy and executive vice president of CAMMESA. Currently, he is the general manager of Central Costanera S.A.
He is a Public Accountant from the National University of Buenos Aires and has a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of San Andrés. He also completed an international certification program in Compliance from the Universidad Austral (IAE). He has served as Central Puerto's Internal Audit Manager since 2008 and since 2018, he was also named Compliance Officer. Before Central Puerto he worked for CMS Energy as Internal Audit Manager and SOX Compliance Manager, among other positions, between 1999 and 2007.
