Osvaldo Arturo Reca is an Engineer from the Argentine Catholic University. He also received an advanced degree in 1977 from North Carolina State University in the United States. He has been a member of our Board of Directors since 2011. From 1980 to 1984 he was a shareholder and director of Ingeniería de Avanzada S.A., a company dedicated to the deployment of sanitary and gas installations for housing developments. From 1984 to 1989 he served as general manager of Dufalp S.A., a leading company in the clothing industry (“Dufour” was its main brand). From 1989 to 2002, Mr. Reca served as commercial, operational and planning manager of Alpargatas S.A., a leading company in the clothing and footwear industry. He then developed an agricultural project for the production of cereals and oilseeds. He also served as vice president of HPDA from 2012 to 2015 and as director of Transportadora de Gas del Norte S.A., Edesur S.A. and PB Distribución S.A. In addition, he currently serves as president of the board of directors of Central Puerto S.A., Central Costanera S.A., CP Manque SAU, CP Los Olivos SAU, Inversora de Gas del Centro S.A., Distribuidora de Gas del Centro S.A., Energía Sudamericana S.A., and regular director of RPS Consultants S.A. and Distrilec S.A.
Miguel Dodero has a degree in Business Administration from the University of Buenos Aires. He has been a member of the Board of Directors of Central Puerto S.A since 2015. Previously, he held positions at Agencia Marítima Dodero S.A. and Compañía Argentina de Navegación Intercontinental S.A. From 1990 until September 2014, he served as president of Dodero Inmobiliaria y Mandataria S.A. Since 1989, he has been president of M. Dodero Compañía de Servicios S.A., and since 2008 he has been president of Full Logistics S.A., and is also a shareholder of both companies. Additionally, he currently serves as director of IGCE, DGCU and DGCE.
Diego Gustavo Petracchi has a degree in Economics, graduated from the Universidad Católica Argentina, and has a Master's degree in business (Sloan Program) from Stanford University. He is currently developing his own business in the senior living industry. He is the founder and currently serves as CEO of Yugen S.A. Between 2006 and 2015, he served as director of NDM Holding (Valle de las Leñas S.A.), a company dedicated to the tourism, real estate and agricultural sector. He also served as director of Nieves de Mendoza S.A., Santa Rosa del Monte S.A., Rio Lobo S.A., Valles Mendocinos S.A. Additionally, from 1995 to 2006, he held various positions, including the position of vice president of Prefinex S.A., a company dedicated to the provision of financial advisory services.
José Luis Morea has a degree in Political Science from the Universidad Católica Argentina and has a postgraduate degree in SME Administration from the IAE. Between 1980 and 1990 he held management positions in communications companies such as Editorial Atlántida and Videomega. Between 1990 and 1995, he was appointed executive director at San Ciriaco, an agribusiness company, and later worked as CEO of Espro S.A. From 1999 to 2001, he served as CEO of Tecnovital S.A., an exporter of fresh fruits. In 2001, he founded North Bay Argentina S.A., one of the main producers and exporters of blueberries in Argentina, of which he is currently president and CEO. He was also appointed director of North Bay Perú SA and North Bay Produce Inc., a United States company, where he worked until 2013. Mr. Morea also founded Servifrío Ezeiza SA, a company dedicated to refrigerated food logistics, where he is currently director. From 2014 to 2018, he worked as a Project Manager at La Gloriosa SA, where he developed a state-of-the-art blueberry operation in the city of Virasoro, in the Province of Corrientes. Between 2016 and 2018 he worked as director at Distribuidora de Gas Cuyana. On April 30, 2019, he was appointed member of the Board of Directors of Central Puerto. Since 2020, he has acted as a consultant in high-tech agricultural projects and developments for Adblick Hidroponia SA and Club Agtech SA.
Martín Lhez is an architect graduated from the University of Buenos Aires. He is a partner of Brick Studio Buenos Aires, an interior design and architecture studio. He has more than 25 years of experience in the construction industry and is a member of the Board of Directors of Central Puerto.
Martina Blanco has a degree in Business Administration from the Argentine Catholic University (UCA). In 2012 she completed a postgraduate degree in Marketing at the same University. She currently works as Marketing Manager at Hileret, and serves as Director of Energía Sudamericana S.A., Inversora de Gas del Centro S.A. and Distribuidora de Gas del Centro S.A.
Tomás José White is a Public Accountant, graduated from the Universidad Católica Argentina. From 1977 to 1984 he served as director in several private companies in the construction sector, such as Bemba S.A., Sumarge S.A. and Din S.A. Between 1996 and 1998 he also served as director of Empresa Amanco SA. Since 2000, he has been president of Celestal SAIC. Since 2019, he has owned interests and is president of BEP SRL, a company involved in the plastics industry.
Marcelo Atilio Suvá has a degree in Economics, graduated from the Argentine Catholic University. Since 2008 he has been a member of the Board of Directors of Central Puerto S.A as an alternate director. Likewise, he was a shareholder of Coinvest S.A., a private equity company, as well as a shareholder and member of the board of directors of MBA Banco de Inversiones S.A. (currently called Lazard Argentina S.A.), a leading Argentine investment bank in financial advisory, where he participated in numerous M&A operations. He was previously director of HNQ. Additionally, he serves as manager of RMPE and director of PB Distribución S.A. and Distrilec Inversora S.A. He also serves as Alternate Director of IGCE SA, DGCU SA, DGCE SA and RPS Consultores S.A., and as liquidator of RPM Gas SA. He currently serves as president of RPE Distribución SA and Hidro Distribución SA. He is also president of the Governing Board of the Universidad Austral.
Jorge Eduardo Villegas is a Lawyer graduated from the University of Buenos Aires. Since graduating, he has worked as a lawyer in the private sector, independently, through his own law firm, Estudio Jorge Villegas & Asociados. Mr. Villegas also currently serves as president of Agropecuaria Los Potros S.A.
