Osvaldo Arturo Reca is an Engineer from the Argentine Catholic University. He also received an advanced degree in 1977 from North Carolina State University in the United States. He has been a member of our Board of Directors since 2011. From 1980 to 1984 he was a shareholder and director of Ingeniería de Avanzada S.A., a company dedicated to the deployment of sanitary and gas installations for housing developments. From 1984 to 1989 he served as general manager of Dufalp S.A., a leading company in the clothing industry (“Dufour” was its main brand). From 1989 to 2002, Mr. Reca served as commercial, operational and planning manager of Alpargatas S.A., a leading company in the clothing and footwear industry. He then developed an agricultural project for the production of cereals and oilseeds. He also served as vice president of HPDA from 2012 to 2015 and as director of Transportadora de Gas del Norte S.A., Edesur S.A. and PB Distribución S.A. In addition, he currently serves as president of the board of directors of Central Puerto S.A., Central Costanera S.A., CP Manque SAU, CP Los Olivos SAU, Inversora de Gas del Centro S.A., Distribuidora de Gas del Centro S.A., Energía Sudamericana S.A., and regular director of RPS Consultants S.A. and Distrilec S.A.

Miguel Dodero has a degree in Business Administration from the University of Buenos Aires. He has been a member of the Board of Directors of Central Puerto S.A since 2015. Previously, he held positions at Agencia Marítima Dodero S.A. and Compañía Argentina de Navegación Intercontinental S.A. From 1990 until September 2014, he served as president of Dodero Inmobiliaria y Mandataria S.A. Since 1989, he has been president of M. Dodero Compañía de Servicios S.A., and since 2008 he has been president of Full Logistics S.A., and is also a shareholder of both companies. Additionally, he currently serves as director of IGCE, DGCU and DGCE.

Diego Gustavo Petracchi has a degree in Economics, graduated from the Universidad Católica Argentina, and has a Master's degree in business (Sloan Program) from Stanford University. He is currently developing his own business in the senior living industry. He is the founder and currently serves as CEO of Yugen S.A. Between 2006 and 2015, he served as director of NDM Holding (Valle de las Leñas S.A.), a company dedicated to the tourism, real estate and agricultural sector. He also served as director of Nieves de Mendoza S.A., Santa Rosa del Monte S.A., Rio Lobo S.A., Valles Mendocinos S.A. Additionally, from 1995 to 2006, he held various positions, including the position of vice president of Prefinex S.A., a company dedicated to the provision of financial advisory services.

José Luis Morea has a degree in Political Science from the Universidad Católica Argentina and has a postgraduate degree in SME Administration from the IAE. Between 1980 and 1990 he held management positions in communications companies such as Editorial Atlántida and Videomega. Between 1990 and 1995, he was appointed executive director at San Ciriaco, an agribusiness company, and later worked as CEO of Espro S.A. From 1999 to 2001, he served as CEO of Tecnovital S.A., an exporter of fresh fruits. In 2001, he founded North Bay Argentina S.A., one of the main producers and exporters of blueberries in Argentina, of which he is currently president and CEO. He was also appointed director of North Bay Perú SA and North Bay Produce Inc., a United States company, where he worked until 2013. Mr. Morea also founded Servifrío Ezeiza SA, a company dedicated to refrigerated food logistics, where he is currently director. From 2014 to 2018, he worked as a Project Manager at La Gloriosa SA, where he developed a state-of-the-art blueberry operation in the city of Virasoro, in the Province of Corrientes. Between 2016 and 2018 he worked as director at Distribuidora de Gas Cuyana. On April 30, 2019, he was appointed member of the Board of Directors of Central Puerto. Since 2020, he has acted as a consultant in high-tech agricultural projects and developments for Adblick Hidroponia SA and Club Agtech SA.

Martín Lhez is an architect graduated from the University of Buenos Aires. He is a partner of Brick Studio Buenos Aires, an interior design and architecture studio. He has more than 25 years of experience in the construction industry and is a member of the Board of Directors of Central Puerto.

Martina Blanco has a degree in Business Administration from the Argentine Catholic University (UCA). In 2012 she completed a postgraduate degree in Marketing at the same University. She currently works as Marketing Manager at Hileret, and serves as Director of Energía Sudamericana S.A., Inversora de Gas del Centro S.A. and Distribuidora de Gas del Centro S.A.

Tomás José White is a Public Accountant, graduated from the Universidad Católica Argentina. From 1977 to 1984 he served as director in several private companies in the construction sector, such as Bemba S.A., Sumarge S.A. and Din S.A. Between 1996 and 1998 he also served as director of Empresa Amanco SA. Since 2000, he has been president of Celestal SAIC. Since 2019, he has owned interests and is president of BEP SRL, a company involved in the plastics industry.

Marcelo Atilio Suvá has a degree in Economics, graduated from the Argentine Catholic University. Since 2008 he has been a member of the Board of Directors of Central Puerto S.A as an alternate director. Likewise, he was a shareholder of Coinvest S.A., a private equity company, as well as a shareholder and member of the board of directors of MBA Banco de Inversiones S.A. (currently called Lazard Argentina S.A.), a leading Argentine investment bank in financial advisory, where he participated in numerous M&A operations. He was previously director of HNQ. Additionally, he serves as manager of RMPE and director of PB Distribución S.A. and Distrilec Inversora S.A. He also serves as Alternate Director of IGCE SA, DGCU SA, DGCE SA and RPS Consultores S.A., and as liquidator of RPM Gas SA. He currently serves as president of RPE Distribución SA and Hidro Distribución SA. He is also president of the Governing Board of the Universidad Austral.

Jorge Eduardo Villegas is a Lawyer graduated from the University of Buenos Aires. Since graduating, he has worked as a lawyer in the private sector, independently, through his own law firm, Estudio Jorge Villegas & Asociados. Mr. Villegas also currently serves as president of Agropecuaria Los Potros S.A.

Fernando Roberto Bonnet is a Public Accountant, graduated from the University of Buenos Aires. Additionally, during 2009 and 2010, he completed a postgraduate degree in Executive Business Administration at IAE Business School, Universidad Austral. Since April 1, 2021, he has served as CEO of our company. From March 2020 to March 2021, he served as Chief Operating Officer. Previously, he served as CFO since 2010 and, from 2008 to 2010, he held the position of tax manager. Previously, he worked at Ernst &Young; Argentina as tax manager. Mr. Bonnet currently serves as vice president of Proener S.A.U. and CP Renovables S.A.. He is currently alternate director of CP Manque S.A.U., CP Los Olivos S.A.U., CP Achiras S.A.U., CPR Energy Solutions S.A.U., CP La Castellana S.A.U., Vientos La Genoveva S.A.U., Vientos La Genoveva II S.A.U. and CP Patagones S.A.U.

Enrique Terraneo is a Public Accountant, graduated from the University of Buenos Aires. Additionally, during 2009 and 2010, he completed a postgraduate degree in Executive Business Administration at IAE Business School, Universidad Austral. Since April 2021, he has served as Financial Manager of our company. Previously, he served as new business manager at Lartirigoyen y Cia. From 2019 to 2020 he served as Financial Manager of the Banco de Inversión y Comercio Exterior (BICE). Between 2006 and 2019 he served as finance manager of our company. He served as audit manager of Ernst & Young Argentina.

Alberto Francisco Minnici is an Electrical Engineer graduated from the National Technological University. He has more than 31 years of experience in the electric power industry in the generation segment. He currently works as Production Manager of Central Puerto since 2015. Previously he held the position of Operations Manager of the Puerto Complex from 2012 to 2015 and the position of Operation Plant Manager of the combined cycle plant of the Puerto Complex located in the City of Buenos Aires from 2008 to 2012, among other positions within Central Puerto.

Justo Pedro Sáenz completed the “Advanced Management Program” at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania in the United States. Mr. Sáenz has been alternate director of Central Puerto since 2008. Between 2007 and 2016, he served as administration and human resources manager of Central Puerto, and since 2016 he has served as administration manager of Central Puerto. Between 2005 and 2007, he worked at Cima Investments in the new investments area. Between 2003 and 2005, he served as Financial Director of Banco de Servicios y Transacciones S.A. In 2002, he co-founded Idun Inversiones S.A. Between 2000 and 2001, he was a partner and finance manager at Softbank Latin America Ventures, Venture Capital Fund. Between 1984 and 2000, he worked at Merchant Bankers Associates, MBA Investment Bank and MBA Sociedad de Bolsa. He has been a partner in Merchant Bankers Associates since 1992, which was associated with Salomon Brothers and the investment station of Nicholas Brady, former Secretary of the United States Treasury. José Manuel Pazos is a Lawyer, graduated from the Argentine Catholic University. In addition, he has a postgraduate degree in Public Services Regulation from the Universidad Austral. Mr. Pazos served as alternate director of the Board of Directors of Central Puerto since 2015. Between 1997 and 2002, he was a lawyer for the Ministry of Energy of the Nation and Emprendimientos Binacionales S.A. (EBISA) and, from 2003 to 2014, he worked for the law firm Bruchou, Fernández Madero & Lombardi. Between 2007 and 2008, Mr. Pazos worked for Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP in New York. He currently serves as alternate director of Distrilec Inversora S.A., CP Renovables S.A., CP Achiras S.A.U., CPR Energy Solutions S.A.U., CP La Castellana S.A.U., CP Patagones S.A.U., Vientos La Genoveva S.A.U., Vientos La Genoveva II S.A.U., CP Manques S.A.U. and CP Los Olivos S.A.U.

Rubén Omar López has a degree in Electrical Engineering from the National Technological University. He also has a postgraduate degree in Business Management from the University of Buenos Aires. From 2013 to 2019 he was planning and regulation manager of Central Puerto, from 2019 to April 2020 he was Director of Strategic Planning of Central Puerto. Since April 2020, he has been Renewable Energy Manager at Central Puerto. He has more than 30 years of experience in the public services sector, where he has held different positions in both the technical and commercial areas. In addition, he currently serves as director of EDESUR S.A. and alternate director of Distrilec Inversora S.A. He serves as President of: CP Achiras SAU, CP La Castellana SAU, CPR Energy Solutions SAU, Central Aimé Painé SA, Vientos La Genoveva SAU, Vientos La Genoveva II SAU, CP Manque SAU and CP Los Olivos S.A.U., in addition, he has been a director in the Wholesale Electricity Market Administration Company (CAMMESA) from 2015 to August 2019.

Gabriel Omar Ures is a Systems Engineer graduated from the Universidad Abierta Interamericana, and completed a postgraduate degree in Gas and Electricity Administration at the Technological Institute of Buenos Aires (ITBA), and a Management Program at the Darden Business School of the University of Virginia, United States. He began his professional career in 1997 and has more than 21 years of experience in the Argentine energy sector. Among other positions, he held management positions at Hidroeléctrica Alicurá, he was Commercial Director of AES Argentina Generación, General Manager of Termoeléctrica Manuel Belgrano S.A. (from 2013 to 2018), Commercial Manager at Central Dock Sud (YPF). Additionally, he was director of several companies and industry chambers, including AGEERA (Association of Electric Power Generators of the Argentine Republic), where he was elected President for 5 consecutive terms (2012/2017) after having served as Vice President. He currently serves as director of CAMMESA and Termoeléctrica Manuel Belgrano S.A.

Javier Alejandro Torre has a degree in Human Resources from the University of Buenos Aires and a master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Buenos Aires. From 2011 to 2016, he was human resources manager for Argentina operations at LyondellBasell. Since 2016 he has been our human resources manager. Previously he worked at ExxonMobil for almost 20 years, where he held different positions in the commercial and human resources areas.

Adrián Gustavo Salvatore is a Lawyer, graduated from the University of Buenos Aires and has completed a joint MBA at the University of Salvador (Argentina) and the University of Deusto (Spain). Between 1993 and 1997 he worked in the legal and regulatory department of ESEBA, where he was legally responsible for the privatization of the company. Between 1997 and 2003, he served as legal manager of COMESA, Comercializadora de Energía, and in 2003 he joined Estudio Bruchou, Fernández Madero, Lombardi & Mitrani, in the area of ​​regulation and public services. Since 2008 he has worked in the regulatory area of ​​Central Puerto, and currently works as Director of Institutional Relations. He also works as a director in several companies such as Termoeléctrica Manuel Belgrano S.A. and Inversora de Gas del Centro SA, as well as alternate director of Distribuidora de Gas Cuyana S.A. and Distribuidora de Gas del Centro S.A. He is also president of Proener SAU, and vice president of Termoeléctrica José de San Martín S.A., Central Vuelta de Obligado S.A. and Central Aimé Painé S.A.

Martín Fernández Barbiero is a Public Accountant from the National University of Buenos Aires and has a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of San Andrés. He also completed an international certification program in Compliance from the Universidad Austral (IAE). He has served as Central Puerto's Internal Audit Manager since 2008 and since 2018, he was also named Compliance Officer. Before Central Puerto he worked for CMS Energy as Internal Audit Manager and SOX Compliance Manager, among other positions, between 1999 and 2007.

Leonardo Pablo Katz is an Industrial Engineer, graduated from the National University of Salta. Additionally, during the years 2000 and 2001 he completed a postgraduate degree in Business Administration (MADE) at the CEMA University (UCEMA). He is currently the Director of Strategic Planning at Central Puerto. Additionally, he is Chairman of the Board of Directors of Central Vuelta de Obligado S.A., and Alternate Director of Termoeléctrica José de San Martín S.A. and Termoelectrica Manuel Belgrano S.A. Previously, he served as General Manager of Central Vuelta de Obligado S.A. (December 2015 to May 2020) and, between 2009 and 2015, he held the position of Planning and Investment Manager of Central Puerto. Prior to joining Central Puerto, from 1997 to 2007, he worked at CMS Energy as Senior Market Analyst for Latin America, among other positions.

José Manuel Ortiz is an Industrial Engineer from the Universidad Católica Argentina (UCA) and a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from Ross Business School, University of Michigan (Ann Arbor, Michigan, USA). He is a founding member of Cono Sur Investments, with more than 25 years of experience in Private Equity, Corporate Finance and Business Management. He is also co-founder of Cono Sur Capital, and previously co-founded CoInvest Argentina. As Director of both Companies, he has been part of numerous relevant private equity transactions in Argentina and Uruguay since 2000. He has also been General Director of The Exxel Group between 1992 and 1999. He was in charge of the initial evaluations, due diligence , negotiations and closing of private capital transactions, as well as their financing and monitoring. At the beginning of his career he held several positions at Grupo Techint.

Mario Elizalde is an Agricultural Production Engineer, graduated from the Universidad Católica Argentina, has a Master's Degree in Science from Texas A&M University and in 2018 he graduated as a Secondary and University Professor at the Universidad Austral. Between 1995 and 1999, Mr. Elizalde served as General Manager of Call Center S.A., a Value Added Telecommunications Services company of Citicorp Equity Investments (CEI). From 1982 to 2010 he was Manager and Agricultural Advisor of Sociedad Lanz, for the Agribusiness Administration of the provinces of Buenos Aires and La Pampa. In addition, from 2000 to 2007 he served as Executive Director of Telinver S.A., a Telefónica Group company. Subsequently, and after the merger by absorption of Telinver S.A in 2008, he served as Executive Director and Property Manager of the company's operations in Chile, Peru and Argentina until 2015. From July 2007 to September 2015, he held the position as Director of Central Puerto S.A, as well as Member of the Audit Committee and President thereof during the years 2012 and 2013. During 2017 and 2018 he was Alternate Director of Compañías Central Puerto S.A and Distribuidora de Gas Cuyana. Since 2019, he has taught History of Economic Thought classes at the Faculty of Business Sciences of the Universidad Austral. As of May 2022, he is the Lead Independent Director of Central Puerto S.A.

Carlos C. Adolfo Halladjian is a Public Accountant, graduated from the University of Buenos Aires. Since 2013, he has served as the main trustee of the Issuer. Mr. Halladjian has been a partner of Estudio Halladjian y Asociados since 2010. He serves as regular trustee of the following companies: Proener S.A.U., CVOSA, TJSM, Empresa Distribuidora Sur Sociedad Anónima (EDESUR S.A.), RPBC Gas S.A., CP Renovables, Magna Asset Management S.A., Central Aimé Painé S.A., CP La Castellana S.A.U., CP Achiras S.A.U., PB Distribución S.A., RPE Distribución S.A., CP Patagones S.A.U., Central Aimé Painé S.A., Vientos La Genoveva S.A.U. and Vientos La Genoveva II S.A.U. and Parques Eólicos Australes S.A., and as substitute trustee of the following companies: IGCU, IGCE, DGCU, DGCE, Energía Sudamericana S.A., COYSERV S.A., CP Manque S.A.U. and CP Los Olivos S.A.U.

Eduardo Antonio Erosa is a Public Accountant, graduated from the Universidad Católica Argentina in 1985. He has been a trustee of the Issuer since 2013. He is currently President of the Board of Directors of Compañía Argentina de Navegación de Ultramar S.A. Likewise, he is substitute trustee of LE Capital S.R.L. and Central Aimé Painé S.A.

Juan Antonio Nicholson is a lawyer, graduated from the University of Buenos Aires, where he also worked as an adjunct professor of Commercial Law. He is a partner in the law firm Nicholson y Cano Abogados. He served as director and trustee of several companies. Since 2005, he has served as trustee of HSBC Bank Argentina. In addition, he is president of Pilará Golf Tenis Polo AC and Tunalito S.A. He has served as a member of the Issuer's Supervisory Commission since 2018.
