Central Puerto has a Code of Business Conduct

It summarizes the good practices that Directors, Managers, Bosses and all staff must respect in the course of their business operations and the development of their activities. Observance of personal and commercial ethics standards is a requirement of the company within the framework of the different corporate governance policies implemented from time to time. Therefore, the Code is fully applicable and mandatory for our employees. Likewise, the company has a policy for the treatment of complaints that report the alleged commission of an act contrary to the provisions of the Code of Business Conduct, ensuring strict confidentiality and protection to the complainant.
