Established in 1992 as a privately owned company, today 100% of our shares are listed on the Buenos Aires Stock Exchange (BYMA) under the CNV’s regulatory framework and on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) under U.S. SEC standards (since February 2018). Our ticker symbol is CEPU. We are Argentina’s leading power generation company, with 6,938 MW of diversified installed capacity across thermal and renewable technologies. We own and operate 16 power generation plants in the country. Our 2025 growth initiatives included the acquisition of the 80 MW Cafayate solar farm, the closing of Brigadier López CC (140 MW), and San Carlos solar project (15 MW). In 2026, we will develop 205 MW of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), with commercial operation expected in 2H 2027. Our strong operational performance, disciplined execution, and solid financial position continue to strengthen our competitive standing, underpin our long-term leadership in Argentina’s power market, and support the delivery of consistent returns for investors.
