The holder of personal data is entitled to exercise the right of access to them for free at intervals of not less than six months, unless a legitimate interest to that effect is established, as provided for in Section 14 -3rd paragraph- of Law No. 25,326. The Dirección Nacional de Protección de Datos Personales [“National Personal Data Protection Agency”], Supervisory Authority under Law No. 25,326, has the authority to manage reports and complaints that are filed with respect to the breach of rules on personal data protection.
