For the first time, the report incorporates the thermal energy intensity indicator, which is key for evaluating operational efficiency.\n<br><br>\n<strong>Key milestones in Social Performance:<\/strong>\n\nCentral Puerto\u2019s social management during 2024 focused on promoting a safe, diverse, and inclusive work environment. The report shows a 71% increase in female participation in the company compared to 2021 and highlights that 56% of promotions granted in 2024 went to women.\n\nregarding professional development, 6,399.5 hours of training were achieved, three master\u2019s degree scholarships were awarded, and 100% of the staff was covered by the Prevention Management System, reinforcing the culture of safety and personnel care.\n<br><br>\n<strong>Key milestones in Economic Performance and Corporate Governance:<\/strong>\n\nOn the economic front, Central Puerto consolidated its leadership in the Argentine electricity market, reaching a 20% share of the private generation market and an EBITDA of ARS 316,664 million during 2024.\n<br>\nThe company worked with 1,908 suppliers, 96% of which are national, and strengthened its culture of integrity through training in ethical behavior for 363 collaborators.
