The company was certified by Bureau Veritas Argentina, for carrying out its operations in compliance with current regulations related to the treatment of the COVID-19 pandemic and the prevention of its contagion.Buenos Aires, June 30, 2020 \u2013 Thanks to compliance with the standards, protocols and requirements indicated by jurisdictional and national legislation and regulations, is that Central Puerto, a leading company in the production of electrical energy in Argentina, obtained the certifications granted by Bureau Veritas Argentina.<\/p>
These documents certify that the sites where Central Puerto operates have been evaluated, and it has been determined that they comply with the provisions of the hygiene and safety standards for the prevention of the coronavirus pandemic. These measures are fundamental, since the company operates with the personnel essential to sustain the generation of electrical energy, and thus ensure the reliable supply of electrical energy to the national electrical system.<\/p>
\u201cFaced with this critical situation, at Central Puerto we work with responsibility and commitment to guarantee the production of electrical energy uninterrupted, for the system and society, at the same time that we apply health policies. The audit was carried out and approved for all Central Puerto plants and its subsidiaries, located in the provinces of Buenos Aires, C\u00f3rdoba, Mendoza, Neuqu\u00e9n, R\u00edo Negro, Santa Fe, and the City of Buenos Aires.<\/p>
Central Puerto and its subsidiaries will continue to apply the safety and hygiene protocols to prevent the COVID-19 pandemic with the aim of minimizing the possibilities of contagion among staff and the general population.<\/p>
